A car air-conditioner is provided to improve the heating-cooling efficiency and to reduce the time for reaching to the preset temperature. A car air-conditioner comprises a duct(10), a console box(20) and a console box opening and closing door(30). The duct has an opening(12) and a guide plate(14) installed to be separated from the opening. A door is mounted on the lower one side of the console box with a rotating part. The door has a cover(32) extended from the inner side. The cover opens and closes the opening of the duct. The cooled air is guided to a gap opened from the opening of the duct with a guide plate in the door open.
