HEAT PUMP AIRCONDITIONING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT

A heat pump heating and cooling device is provided to prevent the cold draft during the defrost of a heat exchanger and to make the stabilization by re-condensing the uncondensed refrigerant gas during the heating. A heat pump heating and cooling device comprises a heat exchanger(111) for the waste-heat recovery, a secondary regenerative tank(113), pipes(151, 152) and a pump(141). In the heating mode operation, the heat exchanger for the waste-heat recovery flows in the uncondensed refrigerant gas from a first heat exchanger(27). The uncondensed refrigerant gas progresses toward a heating expansion valve(31) after the re-condensation. The secondary regenerative tank has layers according to the temperature of the heat medium. The pipes connect the secondary regenerative tank to the heat exchanger for the waste-heat recovery. The warm water heated in the heat exchanger for the waste-heat recovery is flowed in into the secondary regenerative tank through the pipes. The pump is installed in the pipes and circulates the heat medium of the secondary regenerative tank.
