An extruded resin sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and a surface sheet are provided to prevent deformation of a resin sheet in high temperature. A manufacturing method of an extruded resin sheet comprises a step for extruding thermoplastic resin(4) from a die to a plate shape by melting and heating the resin and a steps for producing a film by rolling the thermoplastic resin between a metal roll(6) having high rigid and an elastic roll(7) having a thin film(9). The resin is elastically transformed to a concave type according to an outer circumference of the metal roll by using the elastic roll. The melting thermoplastic resin pressurized between the rolls is changed into the thin film.
