发明名称 PROTON EXCHANGE MEMBRANE USING SURFACE TREATMENT TECHNIQUE BASED ON DIRECT FLUORINATION, MEMBRANE-ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY, AND FUEL CELL COMPRISING THE SAME
摘要 A proton conductive polymer membrane is provided to ensure improved hydrogen ion conductivity, high dimensional stability and reduced methanol permeation by introducing a hydrophobic fluorine group having high electronegativity. A proton conductive polymer membrane is surface-treated with direct fluorination using fluorine gas. The surface-fluorinated degree of the surface-treated proton conductive polymer membrane is 1~90 % based on carbon atom. The surface process uses fluorine gas of 20-1000 ppm concentration and is performed at a -50 to 250 °C under 0.1-50 pressure for 30 second -24 hours. The fluorine gas is used with dilute gas of nitrogen, argon or helium. The material of polymer membrane has a hydrophilic functional group.
