A device for preventing an elevator door from being separated is provided to fix an elevator door adamantly by maintaining that a guide shoe adhering to the lower part of door is adamantly fixed to a door sill in case of door closing. A device for preventing an elevator door from being separated comprises an elevator door(100), a door guide shoe(300), a door sill(200), a fastening body(400) and a receiving body(500). The fastening body comprises a push key, a fastening member and a returning spring. The push key is inserted inside the receiving body and is contacted with the receiving body inner wall and is pressed. The fastening member is protruded with the appearing and disappearing operation of the push key to the outer side of the fastening body. The returning spring returns the fastening member. The receiving body comprises a fastening body receiving groove, a wall and a fastening member receiving groove. The fastening body is inserted into the fastening body receiving groove. The push key is contacted with the wall when the fastening body is inserted into the fastening body receiving groove.
