A 3D image processing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to process a 3D image optimally according to a location of a user by changing a 3D image processing method according to an operation of the user. A 3D image processing apparatus comprises an image processor(130) and a controller(170). If a stereoscopic perception change common is inputted, the image processor processes an image by changing at least one of location, sharpness and resolution of the image. The controller performs a control operation so as for stereoscopic perception of the 3D image to be changed and displayed. A display(150) displays a menu for providing information for changing at least one of the location, sharpness and resolution of the image.
