A navigation road map building method of a vehicle is provided to prevent the road displayed on a navigation from being cut off, and to inform a user of the best route. A navigation road map building method of a vehicle is composed of the step(S11) of judging the kind of each road, the step(S12) of determining the class of the road, the step(S13) of deciding whether or not designating the road as a national road if the kind of road is not discriminated, the step(S14) of setting up the road as a motorway if the road is designated at the national road, the step(S15) of deciding whether or not designating the road as a local street if the road is not designated at the national road, the step(S17) of newly setting up as the class of the road if the national road is not set as the local road, the step(S18) of inputting the classes of all roads to the navigation map database, the step(S19) of converting the navigation map along the road class, and the step(S20) of applying the navigation software related to the road class.
