The invention refers to the field of medicine, namely to neurology, and is meant for treatment of chronic cephalic and facial pains associated with the functional disorders of trigeminal complex. The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is preliminary revealed the degree of sensitization of the trigeminal nerve sensitive nucleus neurons and it is determined that part thereof to which the sensitization level is higher. Then, on the same part, in the region of innervation by the trigeminal nerve of the auricle and of the external acoustic meatus there are revealed the static allodynia zones, on which there are applied and fixed metal balls or plant seeds. It is carried out the transcranial electrostimulation of the endorphine structures of the brain during 30 min, concomitantly the patient independently carries out the auricular pressopuncture of the revealed zones, which is also repeated during the whole day for several minutes with an interval of 2...3 hours or at the intensification of the cephalic and/or facial pains. The treatment course constitutes 10...14 sittings.
