#CMT# #/CMT# The implant has a microsystem (10) tightly enclosed at an interior of a tubular container tube (20), where the microsystem is surrounded by a protective sheath e.g. thermoretractable tube or elastically deformable tube. The protective sheath is electrically insulated and sealed. The inner diameter of the container tube is adjusted closer to the diameter of section of the container tube, where the container tube is made of titanium. The microsystem comprises a flexible, semi-rigid or rigid elongated printed circuit board (12) and electronic modules (14, 16) mounted on the circuit board. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a medical implant. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Medical implant for use in medicine and surgery field. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The microsystem is placed at the interior of the tubular container tube whose inside diameter is adjusted closer to its section in order not to unnecessarily increase the volume of the implant and facilitate inserting of the microsystem into the container tube. The microsystem is surrounded by the protective sheath to avoid damaging of the microsystem during insertion of the microsystem in the container tube, thus ensuring excellent electrical and mechanical protection of the microsystem within the container tube.
