The diffuser has a connection tube (8) at an air conditioning assembly (7) providing a flow of main hot or cold air to a passenger compartment. The tube removes the flow of additional air for admitting into an air distributor (2) across a fixed circular annulus (3). The flow of additional air is collected by a return tube (9) and brought to the distributor across a movable annulus (4). The additional air is delivered into a hollow zone (10) inside a steering wheel (1) and ejected from the zone via outlet orifices (12) towards outside, where the zone is fixed in a gripping circle (11) of wheel.
