The case has a displacing mechanism (2) activated by a base (3) to displace a stick between retracted and usage positions. An associate system associates the base on the mechanism, and includes upper and lower magnets (4a, 5a) respectively integrated to the mechanism and base. The magnets provide magnetic attraction for driving the mechanism and for being displaced in the retracted position along a rotation direction opposite to a direction of activation towards the usage position, upon application of threshold effort to provoke magnetic repulsion to disassociate the base and the mechanism.
