The case has a structure comprising a throat to receive a rectification arc. A module (10) has a binding wing (12) whose foot is fixed to a base (11) integrated to tooth. A movable module (20) has binding wings (22) whose foot has a vertical projection (21) sliding in a housing (16). The throat has a bottom (14) with an extension (15) overhanging the base. O-shaped metallic or elastic ligation passes under the wings of the modules and above the arc, where working stresses of the ligation maintain the arc in the throat and connect fixed and movable horizontal surfaces (13, 23) of the throat.
