The system has a mineral wool i.e. glass wool, mat (1) and a mineral facing panel (2) i.e. e-Glasroc(RTM: high-performance, weather-resistive, gypsum-based sheathing), that are supported and maintained by a set of consoles (3) and T or L shaped metallic sections (5). The consoles are fixed to a wall to be isolated, and the sections are fixed to the consoles by another set of consoles (4). The sections present a plane support surface i.e. head part, of the facing panel. The former set of consoles is made of reinforced plastic material with less combustibility. The panel is made of hydraulically hardening binder such as plaster and/or cement. The wool mat is in the form of roller felt.
