The tool has an elongated shape body (12), and left and right stops (11G, 11D) placed at end of the body. The stops are supported on a central part of a rim of a wheel and periphery of a tire. A rod (14) is mounted perpendicular to an axis of the body, where the rod has a distal end (15) radially projected with respect to the rod. The body is constituted by left and right parts (12G, 12D) which are slidingly mounted on each other. The rod is mounted on a fixing and adjusting device (16).
