The container (100) has an extrusion portion provided in the container, positioned at a front end of a movable body (6) and tightly fixed in a tubular filling element (1) in a slide manner. A stick pack form material (M) is loaded into the filling element in a sealed fixing manner. The movable body is moved back, so that aspiration force is applied based on rear movement of the extrusion portion, and the material is withdrawn in the filling element while the portion and the material conserve a fixed sealing state in the filling element, which is made of transparent raw material.
