PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device using solar heat for promoting major power generation as global warming countermeasure, problem solution of environmental pollution, and use of natural energy toward a future. SOLUTION: A heat collecting part of an external combustion engine power generator such as a Stirling engine is inserted in a center hole of a short focus parabolic surface mirror from a parabolic surface mirror back side. Incidence of sunlight (heat) is not disturbed, and heat is evenly collected from a circumference differently from single point heat collection like a long focus. Consequently, the efficient power generating device using solar heat capable of efficiently operating the power generator and miniaturizing a whole body of the device can be provided.
