PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition superior in applicability, transparency, an adhesive property (especially, the adhesive property at a low temperature), anti-foaming property, anti-peeling property, further superior in corrosion-resistance. SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive-adhesive composition comprises an acrylic polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 400,000 to 1,600,000 and a cross-linking agent and comprising an alkoxyalkyl acrylate (component A) and an acrylic monomer (component B) having a cross-linkable functional group as monomer components, and is characterized in that a content of the component A is 45 to 99.5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of all of monomer components constituting the acrylic polymer and a content of the component B is 0.5 to 4.5 pts.wt. and the monomer component constituting the acrylic polymer is essentially free of a carboxy group-containing monomer.
