PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp cosmetic which is excellent in the familiarity with and in the permeability to the scalp, and can prepare a suitable environment for nurturing sound hair by improving the flexibility of the scalp. SOLUTION: The scalp cosmetic comprises (a) a polyhydric alcohol, (b) a hydrogenated bisabolol, and (c) two or more components selected from an extract of the flesh of Litchi chinensis, an extract of the fruit skin of Citrus aurantium, an extract of Cnidium officinale, an extract of Swertia japonica, an extract of the seed of Ginkgo biloba, an extract of Cinchona pubescens, an extract of the rhizome of Acorus calamus, an extract of the fruit of Citrus junos, an extract of Polygonum multiflorum, an extract of Scutellaria baicalensis extract, an extract of Matricaria chamomilla, an extract of Artemisia capillaris, an extract of Platycodon grandiflorum, an extract of the seed of Prunus armeniaca, an extract of the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides, an extract solution of Sasa kurilensis, an extract of Gentiana lutea, an extract of the fruit of Crataegus cuneata, an extract of Betula platyphylla var. japonica, an extract of Achillea alpina, an extract of Malva sylvestris var. mauritiana, an extract of the seed of Prunus persica, an extract of the leaf of Prunus persica, and an extract of the leaf of Eriobotrya japonica.
