PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet which, when compared with sheets obtained by convenient techniques, has excellent handling and deep drawing properties in molding because a laminated film capable of reflecting light of specified wavelengths is provided with an adhesive layer and which also has excellent design properties with the distribution of the reflectances within the reflection band controlled. SOLUTION: To solve the problems described above, the resin sheet is composed of a laminated film of at least 50 layers consisting of layers A composed of a thermoplastic resin A and each having a thickness of 1-1,000 nm and layers B composed of a thermoplastic resin B and each having a thickness of 1-1,000 nm, with the above layers laminated alternately, and has an adhesive layer of a thickness of 1-40μm composed of an urethane or acrylic resin on one or both sides of the film.
