PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a regenerated tire, which allows improvement in production efficiency of the regenerated tire and reduction in installation space. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the regenerated tire is equipped with a buffing machine 3 having: a holding means 9 for holding a used tire T<SB>U</SB>rotatably around an axis C thereof to rotate the used tire T<SB>U</SB>around the axis C; and a buffing means 11 for buffing the tread rubber of the used tire T<SB>U</SB>. The buffing machine 3 has a skiving means 13 for skiving the damaged portion remaining on the tire T<SB>B</SB>already subjected to the buffing treatment in a state where the tire T<SB>B</SB>already subjected to the buffing treatment for the tread rubber by the buffing means 11 is held on the holding means 3.
