PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit which has a simple structure and is equipped with a sealing mechanism to effect the high sealabilities. SOLUTION: The filter unit consists of the simple structure that a V ring 35 installed between a bearing member 33 and a ring receiving part 34 is brought into contact with the bearing member 33 and the ring receiving part 34 and is fitted in close contact with the surroundings of the manipulation shaft 37 of the damper axis that can adjust the opening angle of the damper vane for adjusting the air flow.
