PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray plane detector capable of obtaining a low-noise and high-quality image. SOLUTION: The X-ray plane detector includes a detecting means consisting of a plurality of effective pixels for detecting X-ray and a plurality of dummy pixels arranged in the periphery of the effective pixel region while not depending on the X-ray, a signal line 26 for reading an electric signal out of respective pixels, a scanning line 27 for scanning respective pixels, a first wiring 291 for dispersing static electricity charged in the signal line 26 and a second wiring for static electricity charged in the scanning line 27. The plurality of dummy pixels are divided into a dummy pixel A region for removing noise superimposed on the signal line 26 and a dummy pixel B region for removing noise superimposed on the scanning line 27 while the first wiring 291 for static electricity and the second wiring 291 for static electricity are cut physically between the dummy pixel A region provided along the profile of the detecting means and the dummy pixel B region.
