The device has a punching plate (30) whose rectangular surface (29) rests upon plate-like caliber blocks (12, 12m). The plate-like caliber block has V-shaped grooves (18) formed on a surface (14) and running parallel to each other, where the grooves are formed as limitation of a profile strip (16). The groove is limited by two cross-sectional inclined side walls, which extend out from a groove base and limit a cross section angle of the groove, where the cross section angle of the groove is approximately 70 degree.
