<p>The controller (20) has a position return device (30) and a power device (40), where the position return device moves against a linear motor (10). The power device is electrically connected to the linear motor and the position return device. A position compensator (60) is connected to a feeder line between the power device and the position return device, and performs signal correction of the position return device. The compensator has an input port, two counters, a converter, a pulse generator and an output port.</p> |
