A pharmaceutical composition having improved bioavailability is provided to improve the solubility of a 2-hydroxy-5-(4-(trifluoromethyl) phenethylamino)benzoic acid by using polyethylene-polypropylene glycol as an auxiliary dissolving agent. A pharmaceutical composition having improved bioavailability comprises 2-hydroxy-5-(4-(trifluoromethyl) phenethylamino)benzoic acid of the chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salts and polyethylene-polypropylene glycol. The polyethylene-polypropylene glycol is mixed in the amount of 0.1-30 parts by weight based on the weight of the 2-hydroxy-5-(4-(trifluoromethyl) phenethylamino)benzoic acid.
