A pergola is provided to improve durability without using chemicals by being carbonized after being naturally dried. A pergola(10) comprises: a plurality of material wood pillars(20) arranged at regular intervals; a roof(30) consisting of a plurality of roof beams inclined from a center to outside; a slope entrance(50) in which a plurality of timbers(53) are formed in the outer side of the material wood pillar; and a gazebo(60) formed on the top of the roof. The circumference of the material wood pillar becomes smaller from the pillar lower part(21) to the pillar middle part(22) and the pillar upper part(23). The material wood pillar is natural dried and is carbonized and is used without a separate process.
