<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display method of an information display device, which enlarges/reduces a list display while utilizing operation characteristics of a trackball. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device has a remote controller 50 which has a display section 101 for listing a plurality of options 40, a control part 111 for controlling an arrangement of options of the display section, and a trackball 51 for indicating a coordinate signal to the control part. The options are displayed in an N×M matrix in order from the top to the bottom and in the lateral direction on the display section, changes magnification on the basis of the coordinate signal of the Y-axis direction of the trackball, scrolls the screen in the right and left direction on the basis of the coordinate signal of the X-axis direction of the trackball, and changes the arrangement in accordance with the number of rows according to the displayed rows increased/decreased due to the change in magnification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
