<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fuel cell separator which has sufficient corrosion resistance and mechanical strength or the like, and in which contact resistance between a gas diffusion layer and the separator is reduced and thinning is enabled at the same time, and provide a downsized and inexpensive fuel cell which is equipped with the fuel cell separator and has superior reliability so that stable and continuous power generation is possible. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell separator 20 in which a conductive anticorrosion coating film 28 is formed that is composed containing as the essential component fibrous conductive fillers 26 in resinous component and powder state conductive fillers 27 at least on one face 24 of a metal substrate 23 having a through hole or a recessed groove 22 to supply a reaction gas to an electrode via a gas diffusion layer 21, at least a part of the conductive fillers contained in the conductive anticorrosion coating film 28 is formed protruded from a surface 24 of the conductive anticorrosion coating film 28, and the conductive anticorrosion coating film 28 is laminated with the gas diffusion layer 21 and the metal substrate 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
