PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel that uses a plastic substrate which hardly generates air bubbles, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The panel has two opposite plastic substrates 21, 23 and a liquid crystal 22 sealed between the plastic substrates 21, 23. The method of manufacturing the panel is characterized in that, in a process of pushing out the liquid crystal by pushing a liquid crystal cell 11 and then sealing an injection hole with a sealing agent 47, the sealing agent 47 is applied and then a force 57 is given to draw out the plastic substrates 21, 23 in an external direction partially, thereby drawing the sealing agent by decompressing the liquid crystal cell 11.
