PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with improved assembling workability. SOLUTION: The display device includes: a housing 1 having a see-through part 12; a display panel 2 which is arranged visibly through the see-through part 12; a holder 3 for holding the display panel 2; circuit boards 4, 5; a cover 7 for blocking the housing 1; and a screw 8 for fixing the housing 1, the holder 3, and the cover 7 with the display panel 2, the holder 3, and the circuit boards 4, 5 housed within the space formed by the cover 7 and the housing 1.
