PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece dial having an excellent optical transparency and an excellent esthetic appearance, to provide a method of manufacturing the timepiece dial having the excellent optical transparency and an excellent esthetic appearance, to provide a timepiece with the timepiece dial, and to provide a timepiece excellent in solar-cell power generation efficiency and esthetic appearance. SOLUTION: The timepiece dial 1 includes a substrate 2 having the optical transparency; a first coating 3 provided for the side of a first surface 21 of the substrate 2; and a second coating 5 provided for the side of a second surface 22 of the substrate 2. The second surface 22 of the substrate 2 has fine irregularities 221 having a function to reflect or scatter light incident from the side of the first surface 21. The first coating 3 has openings 31, and the second coating 5 has openings 51 and real parts 52 in addition to the openings 51.
