MASS ANALYZING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance quantitative reliability by discriminating mass spectrum data especially lowered in the reliability of a quantitative result by the effect of ion suppression in the mass spectrum data. SOLUTION: This mass analyzing system includes a separation means for separating a sample so that the spectra of components are arranged in the elapse order of time and a mass analyzing means for analyzing the components of the respective spectra so that the spectra are arranged in the order of a mass-to-charge ratio (M/Z) and has the function of selecting the peak of the constant mass-to-charge ratio present in the respective spectra from the analyzing data of all of mass spectra reaching the whole of spectra, the function of calculating the statistical index of the peak in the analyzing data of the respective spectra from the analyzing data of all of the mass spectra and the function of determining the quantitative reliability of the analyzing data of the respective spectra using the statistical index as a decision standard.
