The circuit device has electrically conductive strips constituting the transmission line and electrically conductive planes arranged facing the electrically conductive strips in parallel. At least a part of the peripheral outlines of the electrically conductive planes is constructed in a consecutive convex-concave shape composed of a concave part and a convex part.
