A nanocomposite electrolyte membrane is provided to reduce the crossover of fuel causing the degradation of performance of a fuel battery and to increase hydrogen ion conductivity. A nanocomposite electrolyte membrane comprises a hydrogen ionic conductive inorganic material. The hydrogen ionic conductive inorganic material is any one selected from the group consisting of a cage type, ladder type, randaom type, and partial case type polysilsequioxanes.
