DYNAMIC IMAGE REGULATOR

A dynamic image regulator is provided to modulate the brightness of individual points or regions of an optical image. A spatial light modulator(2) comprises a base(20) and a movable screen(25). In the base, a plurality of holes(21) are prepared. The movable screen is prepared in each hole and is controlled by an electric signal. The movable screen individually blocks or transmits the light(L) incident to each hole. An amplitude modulator(4) modulates the amplitude of the light passing through the spatial light modulator.
