PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement according to taste or behavior of a user.

SOLUTION: A cellphone 110 used for this advertisement provision system 100 has an acquisition part 111, a generation part 112, a first reception part 113, a request part 114, a second reception part 116, and a transfer part 120. The acquisition part 111 acquires a history related to a state of the cellphone 110 used by the user and/or a history related to behavior of the user. The generation part 112 generates attribute information of the user based on the history. The first reception part 113 receives information related to a position of a moving body from a navigation device 140. The request part 114 requests to deliver advertisement information to an advertisement provision server 130 based on the attribute information and the information related to the position. The second reception part 116 receives the advertisement information corresponding to the user from the advertisement provision server 130. The transfer part 120 transfers the advertisement information to the navigation device 140.
