摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the properties of output linearity which depend on color components of a pixel. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device 10 comprises a floating diffusion (FD) part 16 which sequentially accumulates signal charges transferred from a pixel, and a source-follower type output circuit 17 which includes a driving transistor 20a whose gate electrode is connected to the FD part 16 and outputs a signal voltage (Vout) in accordance with the potential (VFD) of the FD part 16. The solid-state imaging device 10 also includes a control terminal 22 for controlling the back bias voltage (VBB) of the driving transistor 20a. The back bias voltage (VBB) is changed according to the color components of the pixel accumulated in the FD part 16 to change the threshold voltage of the driving transistor 20a.
