PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet to be stuck to a sheet material through an adhesion layer, capable of effectively preventing air bubbles from entering between the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet and the adhesion layer. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 10 has a conducive pattern 14 for electromagnetic wave shielding. The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet has a sheet-like base part 12, and a line part 15 protruding from one side 12a of the base part 12 and forming the conductive pattern. The line part has a base edge part 20 adjacent to the base part and a tip part 25 having a top part 26 farthest from the base part. An external profile 16 at the edge part of the line part, is disposed on the inner side than a straight line La1 connecting both ends of the external profile at the base edge part, in a cross section along normal line NL on a sheet surface of the base part.
