PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which is excellent in conductivity and has highly-uniform conduction performance and has suitable coated film strength. SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film having the transparent conductive layer made of a conductive metal mesh layer and a conductive polymer layer on at least one surface of a transparent substrate sheet, a metal of the conductive metal mesh layer is a base metal or an alloy made of the base metal.
