PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel in which surface accuracy of a flange can be secured in constitution in which a reinforcement member is provided at a hub. SOLUTION: In a reel 30 provided with a hub 32 made of resin on which a recording tape T is wound at an outer peripheral surface, a first flange 38 formed integrally with one end part of the hub 32, a second flange 40 welded to the other end part of the hub 32, an reinforcement member 48 provide at the hub 32 and at least extended in the axis center direction of the hub 32, clearance C1 between an inner peripheral end part 40A of the second flange 40 opposing to an end surface 48A of the reinforcement member 48 and the end surface 48A of the reinforcement member 48 is made larger than clearance C2 between an end surface 34A in the other end part of the hub 32 to which the second flange is welded and a welded surface 40B of the second flange 40.
