SOLUTION: A sequence program to be simulated is configured of a program represented by a block circuit connection diagram in which various equipment 2 which executes each control step is divided into blocks, and the respective blocks B1 to B7 with execution orders S0 to S9 are connected, and the respective blocks B1 to B7 are defined with functions according to the control content of the control step, and the sequence program is displayed on a display screen DP, and the sequence program is simulated by transferring variables for simulation to the functions of the respective blocks B1 to B7.
