It is intended to provide a method of accumulating a partial peptide of a mite antigenic protein containing a plurality of T-cell epitopes or a mite antigenic peptide modified such that a conformation for being recognized as an antigen is not formed in rice seeds, and a plant in which the peptide is accumulated. The present inventors tried to produce rice seeds (rice) in which a modified mite antigenic peptide was accumulated for achieving the above object. As a result, genetically modified rice in which the modified mite antigenic peptide was expressed and accumulated was developed. By allowing mice to take the rice by mouth, immune tolerance was induced, and particularly an effect of the rice on asthma was demonstrated, and thus, the invention has been completed. |
