An apparatus and a method for sequentially transmitting Ethernet data signal/voice telephone signal by using an Ethernet 3 port switch and an analog switch are provided to prevent the collision of Ethernet data by using an Ethernet three ports switch. An Ethernet port(101) inputs transmission Ethernet data signal. A physical layer interface performs Ethernet communication performing a physical layer interface. An Ethernet switch(200) performs switching between the ports of the physical layer interface. An analog switch(300) switches the level of 2 pair line in a sending mode or a receiving mode. A controller(500) controls the analog switch. If the transmission Ethernet data signal exists, the analog switch sets up the level of 2 in a sending mode. If the transmission Ethernet data signal does not exist, the analog switch sets up the level of 2 in the receiving mode. A hybrid(400) performs the impedance matching of the Ethernet data signal and voice telephone signal and simultaneous transmission in the level of 2.
