A cleaner for glass window is provided to clean the interior and exterior sides at the same time with a magnetic force and to prevent the waste of water by injecting only a fixed amount of washing water. A cleaner for glass window comprises a main case(100) with a handle, a sub case facing the main case with the window between them and moved by a magnetic force, a water tank(115) which is formed on one side of the main case and stores washing water, a washing water supply unit which inhales the washing water from the water tank and provides it to the main and sub cases, a magnetic force control unit(160) which ascends/descends a magnet equipped in the main case, a cloth attachment part formed on one side of the bottom of the main and sub cases, and a vacuum-suction unit equipped in the sub case. The washing water supply unit includes a cylinder(121) which has an intake valve(123) formed on one side to be connected to the water tank and a discharge valve formed on the other side, and provides washing water to the main and sub cases, a piston(130) which is inserted in the cylinder and restored by the spring, and an operation lever which is pivotally connected to the main case and lifts up the piston.
