<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, at heating of an object for heating such as a caramel in an oven, the oven 3 is excessively thermally deformed, and relative arrangement of an induction coil 14 and the oven 3 is inappropriate to deteriorate heating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The heating structure is provided with an elastic support means 15 for up-and-down guide 15 supported by a main body frame 1 and for supporting an induction coil 14 in free downward displacement in any slanted posture against upward resilience. If the oven 3 is in a use position, an outer face of the oven 3 is in a state pressing down the elastic support means for up-and-down guide 15 against the resilience through a gap-forming site formed at its outer edge point, whereby, the induction coil 14 is pressed down so as to follow a lower-side outer face of the oven 3, and is in a state separated from the lower-side outer face by a distance corresponding to a height of the gap-forming site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
