<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image information of a reflow of a contrast agent bubble desired by a user in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 10 includes: an ultrasonic probe, which transmits low-sound pressure pulses and high-sound pressure pulses to a scan region, and receives an echo corresponding to the low-sound pressure pulses; a low-pressure pulse ultrasonic wave transmit and receive control part 31, which controls to transmit low-sound pressure pulses to the scan region at a first pulse repetition period and controls to receive an echo corresponding to the low-sound pressure pulse; and a high-sound pressure ultrasonic wave transmit control part 32, which controls to transmit high-sound pressure pulses to the scan region at a second pulse repetition period smaller than the first pulse repetition period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
