<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a reception apparatus, dependent upon synchronizing detection, which has excellent reception characteristics even when accuracy of synchronism and accuracy of a template are low. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission signal T<SP>→</SP>is received as a reception signal R<SP>→</SP>, the transmission signal is modulated and synthesized by multiplying (k) pieces of linear independent signal vectors äe<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>} by a transmission information coefficient äa<SB>i</SB>}, and (m) pieces of linear independent template vectors äp<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>} are generated. A correlation value äc<SB>i</SB>=(R<SP>→</SP>, p<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>)} of the reception signal R<SP>→</SP>and each of the template vectors p<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>is calculated and a correlation value vector c<SP>→</SP>is output. The c<SP>→</SP>is multiplied by a transposed matrix of a matrix [p<SB>τ</SB>] for transformation from a matrix [p] arranging the (m) pieces of template vectors äp<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>} to a matrix [e<SB>τ</SB>] arranging signal vectors äe<SB>iτ</SB><SP>→</SP>} phase-shifting, just by a time τ, the (m) pieces of signal vectors äe<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>} further adding (m-k) pieces of linear independent signal vectors äe<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>} to the äe<SB>i</SB><SP>→</SP>}. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
