<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a range of the turning angle of an operating lever and to improve thereby usability of a binder. <P>SOLUTION: In the operating lever 4, the distal end side is turned up and down around the proximal end side as a center, and at an intermediate site between the proximal end side and the distal end side, a pressing part 441 for pressing a part 35 to be pressed of movable binding lever elements 33 and 34 to restrain a binding lever 3 to a closed condition, is provided. The proximal end side and the distal end side of the operating lever 4 stride over the part 35 to be pressed, and the turning center of the operating lever 4 is arranged far away to reduce the range of the turning angle of the operating lever 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
