PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of adequately returning oil even when the viscosity of oil is changed with an outside air temperature. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing mechanism (motor driven expansion valve 83) whose throttle amount is controllable is provided in an oil return circuit (oil return pipe 82). A control device 150 is provided for controlling the throttle amount of the pressure reducing mechanism (motor driven expansion valve 83). The control device 150 controls the throttle amount of the pressure reducing mechanism (motor driven expansion valve 83) in accordance with an outside air temperature or parameters from which the outside air temperature can be substantially grasped.
