PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high rotational accuracy without fluctuation of a rotation axis of a coating roll, even when the coating roll is bent, or external force is applied on the coating roll from other than a gravity direction. SOLUTION: A slide bearing 27 is provided with a first bearing part rotatably supporting a rotary shaft 22 of the roll 14, and a second bearing part supporting the first bearing part and allowing tilting of the first bearing part to follow only bending in the gravity direction of the roll 14, and the second bearing part is provided with a slide bearing part inner ring 28 and a slide bearing part outer ring 30. In a gravity direction cross section in parallel with a rotary shaft direction of the second bearing part, there are two support points or more of the slide bearing part outer ring 30 supporting the slide bearing part inner ring 28.
